Gilbert Naungayan

Instructor

Gilbert is a wellness educator who teaches movement, mindfulness and meditation. He works with students to develop a healthy relationship with themselves, other human beings and all of life. He is informed by an eclectic set of influences to bring an uplifting flow balancing, flexibility, mobility, strength and serenity.

Monica Carroll

Instructor

Monica Carroll is a long time educator of yoga and its many layers.  Having run a busy studio for years she now relishes in more intimate settings where information can be more easily shared.  Her teaching is multidimensional for all levels and her genuine love for yoga and its teachings are evident in her classes.

Laura Horvath

Instructor

A lover of all things outdoors, in 2010 she discovered yoga what provided an inner contentment, patience, and bliss she hadn't found in any other athletic endeavor. Certified as yoga instructor since 2012, she further obtained extensions credentials and followed the up with level 2 vinyasa yoga teacher training. Laura's classes are thoughtfully choreographed and light hearted. Her approachable and soothing voice will create a journey that will surely have you back on the mat and in love with yoga.

Maja Re

Isntructor

Maja offers a unique, artistic & comprehensive approach to the practice that encourages her students to view challenges from alternate perspectives. Class intentions are incorporated through words, music, movements, & through breathwork. Reiki is shared at the end of every class.  Maja’s vision is to transform your life through redefining the connection between your mind, body, soul & space.

Cami Marsielles

 April yoga instructor and Reiki Practitioner.  Originally started as a supplement to her distance running and hiking lifestyle. April will use Reiki energy to help remove blockages in the body and open up the energetic channels. Teaches traditional yoga styles and Reiki healing, so every class you will leave feeling reconnected and refreshed.
