Chris graduated from ACC at the top of his class and has excelled in many areas of massage. He has a variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to couples. Chris specializes in injury rehabilitation, Clinical, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Trigger point and myofasial release using techniques such as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), Counter Strain, Strain Counter Strain, Reciprocal Inhibition, Stretching, and Positional Release.
